Think of this as the “expert level” personal training session for your skin. This is a highly concentrated, anhydrous (water-free) oil designed for those who have already used lower-strength retinol (like 0.1% or 0.3%) and whose skin is fully accustomed to it.

Its power comes from a high 0.5% concentration of pure Retinol. This potent level of Vitamin A works aggressively to accelerate skin cell turnover, significantly boosting collagen production and resurfacing the skin. The result is a dramatic improvement in the look of deep wrinkles, loss of firmness, and stubborn texture. To help buffer this intense active, COSRX has suspended it in a base of nourishing Squalane and other plant oils, which moisturize the skin and help to mitigate the potential dryness and irritation associated with high-strength retinol.

How to Use

This product is extremely potent and MUST be used with extreme caution and care. It is NOT for beginners.

1. Use ONLY in your evening (PM) routine.

2. Apply after cleansing, toning, and any water-based serums.

3. Dispense only 1-2 drops for the entire face. A little goes a very long way.

4. Gently pat the oil into your skin until absorbed. Avoid the delicate eye and lip areas.

5. Introduction Phase (Even for experienced users):

   • Start by using it only once a week for the first few weeks to assess your skin’s tolerance.

   • Slowly increase to 2 times per week, and then to a maximum of every other night if your skin can handle it without significant irritation. Daily use is often not necessary or recommended.

6. CRITICAL PRECAUTIONS:

   • You MUST wear a high-SPF, broad-spectrum sunscreen every single morning without fail.

   • DO NOT use in the same routine as Vitamin C, AHA, BHA, or other strong exfoliants.

   • Absolutely NOT for use during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
